ABOUT MOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY

We're Aaron and Sarah Mountford, and together we make up Moments Photography.

We love it. We love the celebrations, we love meeting new people, and we love to work together to show all sides of a wedding day, capturing parts even you don't see.

Because we've been on the other side of the lens as a bride and groom, we understand the mix of emotions you'll experience on your wedding day. It should be fun, so we make sure that we all have a great time. All our photography is digital, and we use professional Canon SLR equipment.

But we don't just do weddings. We photograph all the precious times of life, including maternity portraits, children, and family. It's amazing to be part of a wedding, then later photograph the same couple's newborn, then a few years after that the family portraits. Becoming their "life" photographers.

Sarah is also a Qualified member of the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography

And we do have interests outside photography.
We both love our technology - give us the latest gadgety toy, and we're all yours.

Aaron is a keen collector of cacti & appreciates a good cup of coffee, while you can tempt Sarah with Turkish delight & a can of V. We love the colour orange, which was the theme colour of our own wedding & it seemed only fitting that we use it in our branding!

In the winter, you'll find us having a bit of down time snowboarding together, and of course we wouldn't say no to a tropical wedding in the beautiful Pacific Islands!

We have two cats: Oscar, who's part Burmese, and Kito the Bengal, who are like children to us.
